Have you tried competitor brands? Yes Comments; Patch it. Not as beneficial. Using kinesiology, was muscle tested and the Takara patch was more beneficial.
How many consecutive nights did you apply the product and was use consistent night after night? Once a week, product was consistent.
What was the color and consistency of the foot pads the next morning? Usually brown and gooey.

Yes. I seem to sleep better and my feet feel better the next morning.

I can't stay asleep for 8 hours a night, so I'm groggy in the morning after I use the patches. I like to use them when I can leave them on for 8 hours even though I don't sleep 8 hours.
